Decision Sprints

Decision Sprints

Facilitated workshops designed to assist with decision making and problem solving.

We all know the importance of collaboration, yet achieving it
successfully can be challenging.

At times, group dynamics and office politics can pose obstacles, and the various, diverse voices
and opinions can make finding a solution or arriving at a decision seem impossible.

That’s when a Decision Sprint can help.

A Decision Sprint is particularly useful when:

  • You’re lacking a clear process
  • You want to eliminate bias from the decision process
  • You’re out of ideas and hitting a wall
  • You want to break away from circular discussions and move towards action
  • You want to ensure participation and contribution from everyone in your team
  • You’re struggling to reach consensus and alignment
  • You want to ensure buy-in and commitment from key stakeholders

Together, with each client, we design efficient, time-boxed
meetings and workshops. Using a range of decision tools
and ideation techniques, we engage teams in activities and
exercises which help to generate ideas and solutions.

Every decision sprint starts with a ‘How might we..?’
question. Some popular examples include:

  • HMW: Increase our pipeline of innovators and entrepreneurs?
  •  HMW: Inspire more of our residents to pursue entrepreneurship?
  • HMW: Collaborate with other departments to achieve targets?
  • HMW: Learn from the experiences of the last academic year?
  • HMW: Develop more Knowledge Transfer Partnerships next year?
  • HMW: Inspire the leadership team to increase our annual budget?
